Ever since the Axial Age, the entire world has been obsessed with its own navel. Nazism, National Socialism—that is not tradition, it's the opposite. Why is it not tradition? Because it doesn't fit into a continuity, into the cosmos. It defines itself by itself. That is, by nothing; it has no value because it's its own end. It's just boxed-up ego.
Apart from a few returns to a pagan period, the West—the world, in fact—will not return to the cosmos. If it does return, it will be forced by a cosmological upheaval. Which are, moreover, cyclical.
The Axial period is a foolish period that believes the cosmos is calm; it is not. These periods of calm are rare. And the current one is coming to an end, along with all its nonsense.
